Tiber Bonvec Construction has provided Khuthaza with a 3-year lease on a pro bono basis as an investment in the industry.
We’ve been running our programmes at the building since June 2011.
Phase 2 - Through the Centre we aim to create an information and opportunity warehouse and provide access to a range of affordable services:
• Workspace facilities
• Construction/business advisory
• Business support services
• Training and workshops
• Links to industry and service providers
• Access to career and business opportunities
• Access to complementary career and enterprise development services
Together we can create a one-stop-shop that will support the industry!

CONSTRUCTION BEE CODE
On 5 June 2009, the Construction Industry Sector Charter was gazetted as a Sector Code, in terms of Section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Empowerment (B-BBEE) Act.
The Code was developed by the industry and provides a framework through which we can promote transformation.
