Khuthaza exists because we have seen incredible potential, enthusiasm, determination and strength among the women exploring and developing businesses and careers in the sector. We firmly believe that women have a great deal of value to add to the industry and that there is no better time than now to push the momentum needed to encourage girls and young women to enter the industry, to support each other in the development of our careers and businesses, and to work with government and the industry to take advantage of the opportunities currently available.

We’ve noticed that the women attracted to our industry have a unique pioneering spirit, aim to do their best, are committed to continuously developing their skills and experience and sincerely aim to make a valuable contribution to the sector.
