It is important to have role models that each of us can identify with. We need not look far to find women who have overcome obstacles and are paving the way for others to follow. If we look closely we will find amongst us women who possess remarkable qualities and display those character traits which are vital to success. There is much we can learn from their perseverance, will, determination, strength and intelligence.
Inspiration comes in many forms and each person is inspired by something different. Our women consist of a diverse group of people and each of us is motivated by something unique and deeply personal. However, the common vision of a transformed industry, in which women are recognised for the value we add and are equally able to reap the benefits of our dynamic and growing sector, is particularly inspiring to us all. It is through the examples set by our women that we are able to see our vision unfolding.
