Lettie has remained involved with Khuthaza and is currently participating in her second year of the Re a abelana Contractor Development programme.
The first project Lettie worked on was the retirement house for former president Thabo Mbeki. Lettie worked as a quantity surveyor and general administrative officer. Her next project was a R63 million contract in Polokwane for 86 blocks of flats. She has recently completed a project involving the construction of subsidy housing in Moloto and Delmas and is currently engaged with the pre-planning stage of another high value contract in Polokwane. Her goal is to get certified by PMI and become one of the young Professional Project Managers in South Africa.
The key to Lettie’s success lies in her commitment to excellence. She ensures that projects are delivered within the agreed time frame and that contractors never compromise on quality. She has made it her mission to add value wherever she can and provides a great service to all clients.
