What We Do
Khuthaza aims to position women for entrance into the housing and construction related professions, to encourage entrepreneurship and support women throughout their respective career and/or business life cycles.
It is important to bear in mind that our work in the development of women serves the interests of the established industry, government and greater society.
As transformation has been our mandate from inception, all of our work strongly supports the implementation of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BEE) and the related DTI Codes of Good practice. The organisation operates as a change agent within the industry.
Our activities can be broadly classified under three categories namely Contractor Development, Talent Development and Bridgebuilding.
