The fact that approximately 40% of the companies registered with cidb are owned by women demonstrates a significant shift in the industry. We have been involved in Contractor Development for over 8 years. Until recently the focus of our work was mainly the low income housing sector however our expanded scope of work sees us moving into the wider construction sector. We understand the challenges contractors face in developing their companies and have developed unique programmes aimed at supporting businesses at various stages of development. The national focus on growth and transformation provides many opportunities for women owned construction companies and we see it as our role to link you with these opportunities.
