Each year Khuthaza offers a number of training and development opportunities. They range from once off open courses to 8 month certificate courses.

Foundations Training
This is an intense 5 days technical course that will provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills for preparing and making good foundations.

Customer Service & Business Etiquette
The workshop focusses on the four elements of customer service: Reliability, Surprise, Customer Retention and Fairness. Participants will learn how to refine their dealing with both internal and external customers, and be alert to process improvements which can enhance customer service.
